Create jewelry based on the influence of Florentine art, life and fashion. Study, new techniques, technologies, materials, design, historical changes and significance on the social environment. Filing, soldering, polishing, piercing, forging, wire sewing, setting cabochon stone, design, drafting, texture, engineering, fabrication, wax carving and casting are included. Fashion design as well as museum tours will be incorporated into the program.

Venice and Murano, Italy

Students will work with glassblowing to make Venetian glass jewelry. 

Programs will be semi-scholarship funded for full time students and greatly discounted for the general public.
