Georgetta Gancarz graduated from the School of Visual Arts and Fordham University with degrees in science, education, and Fine Arts. She also minored in Art Therapy and received various artist and instructor awards and scholarships. She is a professional artist, professor, author, and international travel guide.

She has been teaching painting for over thirty-five years and is the CEO and founder of the ART - POLI Painting On Location International program, with studio classes in Painting, Drawing, Art History, Printmaking, Hand Block Printing, Sculpture, Photography, Glassblowing, Restoration, Architecture, Industrial Design, Exhibiting and Marketing Art, Art Therapy, Literature, Creative Writing, Language, Philosophy, Music, Fashion, Film, Theater, Jewelry, Herbology, Agriculture, Arboriculture, Horticulture, Religion, Yoga and Meditation, Culinary, Oenology, Leather Crafting, Mask Making, Textiles, Ceramics, Mehndi, and Perfume Design.

Working on her charity art show "Artist For Breast Cancer", she continues to educate the public on awareness and prevention. Georgetta spends a lot of her time volunteering, teaching, and promoting artists. She currently teaches art at Seattle Central College, and Western Europe. Her paintings have been exhibited worldwide in museums, galleries, and cathedrals.

She is internationally represented by the Saatchi Gallery. Other collections are in the Muse/ Foundation, and Museums in NYC. Her Renaissance-style paintings are in a collection of Basilicas in Italy, and St. James Cathedral in Seattle. In 2014, she released her line of ART - POLI acrylic, and watercolor paints.

To date, Georgetta is writing and illustrating her 26th book. Her books are online, and in libraries throughout the USA and Europe. In 2018, Georgetta developed an imprint, publishing program, and class to encourage students to write, and create books in multiple languages.

She loves teaching and enjoys seeing her students' progress all over the world. She tells them, education, passion, and hard work are the keys to success.

ALL ART - POLI classes and program arrangements are free. Participants pay their chosen airfare and housing to their landlords and airline.
