ART - POLI CULINARY PROGRAM

ART - POLI offers Culinary Studies in Florence, Siena, Rome, Venice, Paris, Spain, Portugal, Malta, Japan, India, Australia, New Zealand, and New York. Programs are for credit, non-credit, certificate, or clock hours. ALL programs include cooking classes with a renowned chef of the area, PLUS classes in a professional kitchen workspace. Students make their own signature dishes, are featured in a local restaurant, or small cafe, or organize a dinner of their own ingredients for a professional tasting.

Students have food design and will be required to present a finished portfolio of a personally created signature dish.

Participants are exposed to local wines and learn how to pair regional dishes with them. ALL students learn the food vocabulary to the region and language of the ingredients.
